In our country, festive season is during summer season. Summer season is from February to April. In the April, it has big traditional culture festival in Myanmar. It is called Thingyan Festival. It is the most famous festival in Myanmar.
It is kind of water festival. Every year, Thingyan is celebrate from April 12th to 16th. It holds four days once a year. But it takes five days festival once in four years. During festival, people can play with water from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It is rule for Myanmar people which is limited from government. Some of the people are going around the city to get wet and others are play water to people.
Thingyan is also Myanmar New Year festival .The word “Thingyan” was come from “Pali Word “ of Myanmar .The meaning of word is “Of the sun from Pisces to Aries”. Burmese people assumed that water throwing and dousing each other mean cleaning the country which are bad of unlucky before end of year and all the people in country want to take fresh and want good thinking in their mind.
In Myanmar ,there are eight kinds of nationalities. So, each kind celebrate with different types . Also on the festival days , most of Myanmar girls and women wear their traditional clothes and dance culture dance as a group .Some of people sing the songs which dealing with festival.
There is also have Thingyan food . It has two kinds .One thing is rice ball and other thing is Thingyan rice. For rice ball, people but sweet thing into the rice flour and make rounded then boiled into hot water .After that, people can eat with coconut .For Thingyan meal , it can get without charge in some places .In Myanmar word , it is called “ Sa Tu Di Ther”.
Overall, Thingyan water festial is traditional and original culture of Myanmar .The visitors who come from different countries that they will feel happy and exciting as strange and amazing views.

Good effort, need to watch yoru grammar, though. You generally have a good command of English so I would have preferred an original narrative where you wrote on how YOU celebrated the festival. Still, I could sense excitement in the write-up.
